Vase Mechanics

Our Designer Urn is 8'' in diameter and therefore works great as a large ceremony arrangement in our DIY Collections and Packages. Due to supply shortages, you may receive cream instead of white (see last photo for comparison) which will be gorgeous!

Options for Vase Mechanics:

Floral Chicken Wire/Mesh: 12x12 square folded to create a 'pillow' and secured with Waterproof Floral Tape.
Wet Floral Foam: 1-2 bricks of foam.

Floral Quantity Help

So you're asking "How much is it gonna take to fill this vase?" and that's a tough question because it depends on what flowers and greenery you're using. While our pre-designed Collections already have a recipe for a large ceremony urn that is 8-9'', here are guidelines to help you create your own recipes.

Big, Rounded Symmetrical Ceremony Arrangement: 1-2 bricks of foam with waterproof tape securing foam. 10-15 white hydrangeas, 10-15 filler flowers, and 1 bunch of greenery
Organic with Combo of Flowers and Greenery Ceremony Arrangement: Using floral chicken wire or foam and secure with tape. Green the vase out first, using approximately 1-2 bunches of greenery. Then, backfill with 12-15 filler flowers, with touches of texture.
All Greenery Ceremony Arrangement: We recommend having 3-5 different varieties of greenery, and the vase will typically accommodate 2-3 bunches of greenery in total.

All items are shipped USPS or FedEx Ground.
Items should arrive in 3-6 business days.**

**All orders will be processed when they are received. However, since COVID is the gift that keeps giving, we have experienced shipping delays and production delays from imported goods, such as floral supplies and vases. For that reason, we will ask your event date at checkout to ensure we can get your items to you well before your event. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any product may be returned for any reason at any time, up to 30 days from delivery date.

Return Conditions

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning all items. Our original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Email us at hello@flowermoxie.com to let us know of your return. You must provide tracking when shipping your return.
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS. We will replace damaged items free of charge.
All items should be unused and in brand new condition. All items should be packed well to avoid damages and returned in the original packaging.
Give the return shipment to the carrier indicated on the shipping label. All returns must be within 30 days of delivery.
Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.
Please allow 5 business days, after your return is received, for your refund to be processed.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only when the items have not shipped. However, most items ship within 1-2 business days. Once items have been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

So worth it!

We used a combination of flowers from Flower Moxie and faux flowers I had laying around (90% were flower moxie). Our flowers were beautiful! I was so satisfied with the outcome despite being so nervous about DIYing. The guides and videos made me feel prepared and there seems to be a video for all of my random flower questions. I had a group of 4 helping me prep and arrange. This was perfect for the Large package. I will be using Flower Moxie for my next large event!
